"2018 LT Chevy Z71 Silverado with stock Ranchos. Came to the place to get installed new Monroe Quick Struts and shocks. On 285s this truck rides like new. Tested on same roads this suspension is significantly better absorbs the bumps. It handles better feels planted. Off-road on dirt roads so much smoother."
"I came in with a vibration in my exhaust somewhere. They inspected and found no leaks, but a further look and they found one of the exhaust hanging brackets was bent up from ice. They bent it back into place and didn't charge me for the simple fix. I really appreciate having someone who is honest and doesn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars. They were very friendly and fast."
"This is going to be a long review..For the most important sections, please see the paragraphs marked with asterisks. I need to get a phone number for the owner of this location. Brought my car in a couple weeks ago to get a rattling heat shield removed off the exhaust of the car, to be replaced with heat wrap to keep the underside of the car protected. Everything went completely wrong from the start. I gave them instructions to leave my hubcaps removed in fear of them not being reinstalled correctly - I got a call a few hours later that they didn't listen to me and lost one. My ticket got discounted for a new one, so whatever. When I picked up the car the FIRST time, the exhaust was leaking really bad and it extraordinarily loud. On top of that, as it warmed up as I was driving away, after about 2 minutes it started to smoke badly from underneath. I had to leave it on the side of the road for an afternoon. I took it back that evening and asked them to fix the exhaust leak they caused, and to keep the car and drive until it stopped smoking. *****I picked it up a final time on Friday. I was told everything was good to go. I got into the to drive off, and immediately heard that it was still awfully loud, but at this point I was too fed up to want to leave my car there again. *****I drive out of their parking lot and the car isn't shifting gears in drive. I have to manually put it into 1st or 2nd gear for it to move. When I put it into drive, it takes 3rd gear for about 5 seconds before it starts revving up like crazy. I tried not to think much of it like, "um maybe they plugged the transmission vent hose an accident trying to fix it". I limp the car home and check... no it's not plugged. So I checked the transmission fluid level when it was hot after the drive... there was NOTHING. Not a single. drop. I just drove the car a mile home on a horrible slipping transmission. My transmission has NEVER in my 4 years of ownership slipped, and its certainly never failed like this. ***** I JUST had the transmission serviced and the pan resealed at Auto Masters a couple months ago, and have paperwork to prove it. the pan did NOT leak. So Meineke torched the transmission pan seal doing their exhaust work and just gave it back to me anyway, AND/OR they were hot-rodding the car like it was some kind of Ferrari. Because the car was INSTANTLY not shifting when I picked it up, and their employees had been driving it all week long. And during my first visit pickup, it drive fine too. ***** I took it in for exhaust heat wrap and now I have a racecar-loud exhaust and a most-likely dead transmission that needs to be rebuilt. I'm sure EVERY clutch pack in that car is burned out now. This is the picture of the transmission fluid level when I got home after the car cooled down. VERY low. When it was hot, it showed *nothing* at all on the dipstick. You guys need to fix this somehow. I am a college student and I can't pay for a transmission rebuild that you guys created the need for."
