"Replaced 4 tires, was $200 more than estimated. Was told if I made an appointment it would only be an hour. But you cant make a same day appointment so made one for the next day first thing in the morning. Waited over 2 hours with a very grumpy toddler."

"Absolutely do not go here. I would give them negative stars if that were an option. The staff and management are probably the worst I have encountered. Not one single person has any clue what is going on. You are quite literally better off having children work here. 10/10 would NOT recommend."

"I understand they were a little backed up the day I went in I asked how long it would be they told me 2 hours or less and I was fine with waiting that but when we passed the 3-hour Mark I came back and I told me it was still going to take another hour or so I wish they would have just told me from the start it was going to take 4 hours I could have made a better informed decision"

"Never again will I go here for auto service. They told me it would take 1.5-2 hours. It took THREE hours. I had my 10 month old with me and if I would have known it would take that long I would not have stayed. Plus my blood sugar started to drop and I told them I really needed to leave and why and they still moved at a snails pace. They get paid the same amount of they work at a snails pace or not and it really shows."
