"Avoid this dealership at all costs, absolutely awful customer service with zero accountability. Unfortunate to see a place go downhill so badly. Me and my partner went in to purchase what would have been our third vehicle from them. We found the perfect car for us. Our sales associate Josh told us we could put down a $200 deposit to hold the vehicle. After a week and a half of going back and forth with Josh and being assured the vehicle would be held for us, we went in only to find out the vehicle had been sold out from under us. Josh gave us zero notification of this and waited to let us find out in person only to try and sell us a new car we had zero interest in. No apologies, no remorse. Just shady and scummy car dealership tactics. Do yourself a favor and purchase a vehicle anywhere other than this place. I may have bought two cars in the past from here but they’ve permanently lost my business going forward"
