"Back in late June, I had asked Jeff (the owner I believe) if he could build me a Log Crib for my new born baby coming in early September. He responded and said of course and that they are 3 weeks out. No problem at all. During that 3 week time period I as checking in to see how progress was going and I did not receive one update... August 18th comes around and he said that he is running a bit behind and will have it done Friday the 21st. No problem. I said would Monday be better to pick up? He said that would work just fine. Monday the 24th comes around and he said the crib would not be done until that next Friday now. I said no problem... Friday August 28th comes around and I was on my way to pick this up and was just about there and he told me that he was not going to make it back into the shop that day. So I asked when can I grab it then? No response back until September 1st saying he has been sick the last couple weeks and hasnt done anything. At this point, everything has been a lie and nothing was done to my crib. Now that the baby finally showed up, we are without a crib as it has been 3 months since originally requested this. I asked when is it going to be done and he said to go out and buy another crib and once he gets this done he will just give it to me since he put us in this situation to scramble and find a crib. I thought great, since this has been a hassle, that response was good. I apologized that he was sick and asked when he thinks he will be for sure done with this crib. It is now October 28th and with multiple requests and communications, he has not responded to me at all. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy."

"I stopped in on a Saturday to ask about having a small item sewed. I was a bit apprehensive about asking, as it was fairly simple and small and might seem like a waste of time to a larger shop. The gentleman (I didn't get his name) was incredibly hospitable and kind. He made the fix while I waited and when I attempted payment, said it wasn't needed. He mentioned that they want to take care of customers with the little stuff, so they come back and bring them the big stuff. After this experience (and seeing the cool stuff they were working on) I can say that I WILL bring them the big stuff."
