"Never got my online order delivered I told them to cancel it after two months of waiting than i get harassing phone calls and drive by at nearly 9pm for collections for furniture they never delivered asked to talk to a manager was never given to them pretty sure they haven't refunded me Still after two months filing with bbb for poor practices and won't do business with them again"

"Every time I call Aaron's make payment over the phone in the phone no one pick up the phone. If I go in person there person help me out. Someone should pick up the phone. This bad customer service I will give F- what will take pick up the phone"

"Yesterday my husband and I went into Aaron's to finally get us a sofa after 7 months with no sofa. The gentleman at the Aaron's on division I believe his name was DJ not sure if that was his name but that's what the paper said when he printed us out a quote. He was super helpful, very understandable with our frustration with another store. He gave us a good deal and made it super easy."
