"My daughter-in-law bought me a pair of pants and paid $52 for them they did not fit she did not save the receipt and so I wanted to exchange it. Was not allowed to and all they would give me back is $13 on a gift card because I did not have the receipt. Will never shop JCPenney due to their high prices and poor customer service"
"I watched a male worker harass and inappropriately touch the other workers when I was there. I made a complaint and the manager said she would take care of it. Well, when I went back a few months later I saw the same employee harassing and inappropriately touching another worker and she looked incredibly uncomfortable. He had blondish hair and facial hair, I believe he had a beard at the time. I'm not sure what he looks like now as I haven't been back since. I'm not really sure if this is how JC Penney as a company feels their workers should be treated, or if the management at this specific store is incredibly incompetent in handling their employees but they seem to be lining themselves up for a hostile working environment lawsuit. I just can't support a company that allows its workers to be treated in such a manner while they management sits idly by."

"I purchased a pair of cargo pants from this store. When I got home to CDA, Idaho I realized they didn't take the security pin off. I returned to the store and requested a coupon or something for my trouble of having to drive all the way back to Washington and was laughed at. They did nothing to help except remove the security tag. I was also able to purchase from the website for about $30 cheaper than making a purchase in store. I will not be back, this was an extremely poor experience."
