"I came across this spa from instagram. My contact was with Natassja. She was so kind and helped me with Skin better face wash cleanser that I purchased there. I was interested in the sun better Spf lotion. She had given me some samples. I tried it and liked it. I decided I wanted the sun better spf compact to pair with it. After trying it the night I left my skin got hot to the touch. I tried it again the next day and it did the same thing. I washed it off and just used the lotion. My face continued to be hot and uncomfortable. I reached out to Natassja and told her what happened. She explained she will speak with the owner Charlie to see what to do as she has never heard of this reaction before. I also called the company skin better to report my reaction. Unfortunately after Natassja spoke with Charlie she explained that they don’t accept returns and it was printed on a piece of paper on the register. I didn’t see that paper as I was talking to the girl at the counter and I left. I figured since this was such a rare situation Charlie would accommodate me as when I called skin better they would accept my return but I didn’t get it from them. Pure Aesthetics was unwilling to take my purchase back well knowing they can return it on their end to skin better for a full refund. She later after many messages decided she would allow me to return 1 item for another product. I agreed, I came into the store and had one thing in mind one thing I wanted. They just sold the last one just before I got there. Charlie gave me a store credit written on a card that I could use when the order with the product I wanted came in. I left my name and # for someone to call me when it came in. No one called me. I messaged Charlie and she then decides she WONT honor our first agreement and that she would let me use it for a service. Because she said I shouldn’t use any products from that company since my face was so sensitive. I explained I 100% understand her policy and if I wanted to purchase that item I wanted that was on me. I explained that’s NOT what we agreed on. I would have to spend more money there because I’m sure there isn’t a service that costs $65. When I came in to make the exchange prior to this new revelation that she wouldn’t allow me to exchange the compact - I could tell she was upset she even had to do that and made me feel very uncomfortable. She continued to defend herself instead of trying to make her customer satisfied. I let her know I was leaving this review and she said what I decide to do isn’t her problem. I have never had a business treat someone like they are lying just because she had never had anyone have that reaction before. Charlie is the owner and she sure doesn’t act like it. I will never be back at this spa. Just know they have a zero tolerance policy on their skin care they sell In the store. I will never be back. She lost a customer over $65."

"I have had two botox treatments now with Adrian RN. She was very kind and professional. She walked me through the whole procedure and also explained what to expect in the following weeks after my Botox injections. It was a great experience. I saw improvements in my fine lines within a few day but after 2 weeks, wow the results were amazing! I also had the lip- flip procedure. I LOVED the results from this very subtle but a noticeable difference on the appearance of my upper lip without being overdone. I will definitely be back!"
