It was obvious they are all about making connections not just about making the sale, their customer service is second to none! We went in looking for a specific item and they have an unbelievable selection. They understood my needs, worked within my budget, and I walked out with exactly what I was looking for. "When my sons finger swelled up from an injury and 2 urgent cares couldn’t get his ring off LaDon took us under her wing and tried every tool she had to get it off. She spent over an hour with us and even broke one of her ring cutters on the tough stainless steel (don’t ever buy stainless steel rings!!). When she couldn’t get it off she called the fire department and got instructions on where to send us. The fire department was able to cut through the stainless steel. LaDon not only didn’t charge us a dime for her time (another jeweler said it would be $150) but her and Vicki spoiled my son with chocolate and a new ring. I can tell you she has a customer for life. We will only go to LaDon’s for our Jewelry purchases in the future."
