The situation wasn't as the response described, they overcharged us, children younger than us working there acted confused while manager sat in the side room. gave us tans that barely showed up after showering. Company owner privately messaged me after my original comment was made and said they'd refund the overcharged money (which at this point should've been fully refunded) ONLY if I changed my Google rating to something positive. Well I got my refund for the money that was originally overcharged so now I cannot be threatened with my honest review"

"This salon is only operating business in their interest, and not that of their customers. I have been going to this salon for 20 plus years for any tanning needs. I prefer to support local businesses. After my last experience I will not be paying for their services again. I went in for a spray tan this July. I noticed after being home for a while it didn’t seem to have worked. I called the salon. They said wait for 24 hours. 24 hours later still no difference. I called again. They said they had realized in the meantime that their equipment was not working. I was told to wait for a manager to call me. I completely understand these things happen. I never received a call. I called today and they said that I was supposed to have come in to talk to a manager, so I went in right away. When I arrived I was told not by the manager, but by the girl at the front counter that I would not be receiving a refund . I could have a “free” spray tan. Not really free since I paid for a service that I was not provided. At this point I no longer needed a spray tan as I only did it for a vacation, and had to go to a different salon the next day to get one. It is extremely disappointing and bad business to not refund a customer for a service they pay for, and do not receive. Especially when it is not at the fault of the customer. It is very apparent that this business is not customer centric or customer friendly. I was never able to speak to a manager or owner. Do not expect this business to put your interest or patronage above their own monetary gains."
