Between dealing with my insurance, a record snowfall, and my repairman getting very sick, the plumbing project left me without a kitchen sink for three weeks. Next time I would call in quicker to check on the delay. I wished Five Star had let me know my repairman was under the weather. Sickness couldn’t have been helped; knowing that issue would have been helpful for me."
