"The repair folks were great. The thing that could have been better was communication. Between dealing with my insurance, a record snowfall, and my repairman getting very sick, the plumbing project left me without a kitchen sink for three weeks. Next time I would call in quicker to check on the delay. I wished Five Star had let me know my repairman was under the weather. Sickness couldn’t have been helped; knowing that issue would have been helpful for me."

"Can’t recommend these guys enough. We needed a repipe on our house to update crusty old galvanized pipes and Five Star came through. They were efficient with their time and provided quality work. They gave me a very competitive quote and we’re done in half the time other companies had said they would need to complete the project. They do not dry wall but they didn’t butcher the walls leaving me a disaster to fix either. 10/10 will be going through Five Star with any needs in the future. Thanks guys!"
