"Every once in a great while you come across a business whose employees provide customer service that is above and beyond. I had one of those amazing experiences at this shop today. I explained that I am about to paint my first car and needed all the help they would give me. They spent over 2 hours with me, helped make sure I had everything I needed, explained how to use everything, literally wrote me out instructions, gave me pro tips...the works. I walked in nervous and unsure, and while I'm still nervous I walked out confident that I can follow their instructions. Thank you all so much, Biggie and I will definitely be back."

"Andy gave me amazing service, he was extremely knowledgeable and wasn’t trying to push me into buying “everything on the shelf’s” even when I had know clue what I was doing he was very nice and explained the step by step process in a easy to understand way. I will always now recommend this auto body paint store to people. as 2 different other Idaho natives recommended me to the store before they where Casey auto paint if anyone’s been looking for them! I never do any reviews as you can see from my profile and that says something right there!"
