"Rented a lawn aerator. Employee who loaded the aerator into the back of my pickup ran it into the tail light and broke it. Manager wasn't on site, was told that he would be there Monday morning to work out a plan for the damage. I showed up Monday morning and the manager was not there, again. Was compensated with a free rental for the aerator. The taillight assembly was more than the rental. I tried reaching out to corporate later that week about the incident and no response was given. I realize that things happen but this wasn't a very professional response to an accident caused by an employee. Won't be coming back."

"First of all i would like to say brain Crawford had terrible customer service and was super disrespectful … then he proceeded to argue about the size of the machine we rented and we rent one every weekend and he gave me a smaller one and tried to argue that it’s the biggest one any tates rents have and it’s in fact not because we get the bigger one every other time… 10/10 would not recommend this location"
