"This has to be some of the worst customer service I have ever had. If your not a contractor I don't think they want your business. I asked for a specific part and they told me it wasn't code and had to do it a different way. I pulled up the code on my phone a proved to them my way was the right way and theirs was incorrect. They then said "only an idiot would do it that way" funny though I later asked the electrical inspector and he said I did it the correct way and when I told him how they suggested he laughed out loud. Don't trust anything these guys tell you and go to Plat electric which is just around the corner. Got my parts there and the job came out great."
