Reviews
"Very convenient location, friendly staff, well-organized store with good selection. Right in the mall so it's great to pick up drug store items. It's clean and easy to find things."
"I like items Rite Aid has to offer. The cashiers are super friendly and helpful. It's a good store."
"I recently had an experience with the pharmacy that I don't understand. They switched my prescription to another prescription that made me sick. They said that they sometimes run out of the first prescription and so they use another similar one to try to stretch the first one. But, they didn't tell me!! If they had told me, I would have told them that I react to NP Thyroid which is why I take Armour Thyroid. The NP Thyroid tablets are very similar in appearance to the Armour Thyroid tablets so I didn't even notice they were not Armour. When I asked them if I could have my $50.00 back, I still have most of the NP so I could prove I didn't take it, they said they couldn't refund it because too much time had passed. When I said I had not been informed of the switch, the woman I was speaking with said "We have signs everywhere!", i.e. it's my fault. :-( There was another questionable thing they did so I told one of the women in the pharmacy, by phone, that I had been a customer since the store opened years ago, and I often stop at Rite Aid when I'm in town, but now I'm considering switching to another pharmacy and not shopping at Rite Aid anymore to which the employee replied: "Have a happy day!" Grrrrr!"
"Don't use the pharmacy on weekends. The pharmacist is not very kind. The lady pharmacists that work during the week our awesome. Thoughtful and kind. They will help in most situations. The weekend guy will not."
"This Rite Aid has great customer service. The staff is kind, will do their best to help you, they know their product and will help you find a particular item you were looking for, and the staff at the pharmacy are some of the best in town. The only con about the staff is that one of them at the checkout is not very bright. I tried to explain something about 3 or 4 different times using different methods and the person at the checkout still did not understand when most people would. I would recommend to Rite Aid that they look at resumes a little closer. Despite that rosauers has one of the best pharmacies in town. They keep their store clean, organized, well lit, and customer-friendly in general. Some of the categories in the store are very well priced, but other categories as most stores are highly overpriced. The selection is average for this type of store. The checkout despite the previously mentioned cons is quick and efficient."
