"I had my hair cut here before by a super nice lady. Both stars go to her! She did a great job, so thought I’d come back for a trim. Waited an hour on the waitlist, finally got called to come in and they said I’d been timed out? The employee at the front asked if I wanted to be put BACK on the waitlist, which was still over an hour, running the risk of being “timed out” again? Ehh. I’ll figure something else out. It’s just a haircut."

"This location in Palouse Mall is always busy, so it's best to check in online. They have also changed their hours recently. Keep in mind they are now closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. This store is always very clean and very organized. Everyone is also very helpful and experienced."

"It’s a shame I can’t rate it lower. I waited for over 2 hours after getting signed in, they told me at that time that they would text me when it was about 15 minutes out. I show up 2 hours and 30 minutes later only for them to say “oh we don’t message you, if you’re not here you get booted”. The lady who relayed this was completely rude and unprofessional, if I was able to personally rate her, I would give her a -10/10, worst person ever. Here I am now with a wasted day and uncut hair. NEVER go here"
