"Scheduled an appointment for 10/11, two weeks in advance, showed up on time, only to find the doors locked. The lights including the open signs were on so I knocked and called her multiple times over the next 45 minutes with no word. I even called for a welfare check which did not end up giving me any clarity. I haven't heard back from her since then and never had a reply to my voicemail. I hope everything is okay with her, but due to this unprofessional encounter and waste of my time, I will be trying my luck elsewhere."
