"I have been going to Steph for a long time, and for a good reason! I always get a great cut, if there are issues she is always willing to try to squeeze me in to help out, and she is just fun to be around, always bringing positive vibes and smile. She came in on a Saturday to do hair for my wedding for my bridesmaids and I, did a great job and it held up to a long hot day of dancing and chaos. She does my eyebrow tinting as well and always does an amazing job. People ask who does my hair all the time and I refer them all to her!"

"After reading all of the positive reviews about the shop, I decided to make an appointment for a cut. I brought in a picture of the cut I wanted, but Shara did not follow it. Instead she shaved 2/3 of my hair and left a little on top. The shaved hair is 1/2 inch long. I also found a cut on the lower back of my neck where she shaved it using unsharpened shears! I have never had such a bad haircut and overall experience! I'm embarrassed to see my friends, and it will take weeks for my hair to begin to grow out. Also, I have colored hair and will have to have it colored much more often because the new growth will be grey. This will cost me at least $180 or more. Finally, I have left at least 6 phone messages for Stephanie to talk to her about my experience, and she has not called me back. So on top of my terrible experience with Shara, I am being ghosted. I know that there are glowing reviews of this salon, but beware."
