"My husband booked me a spa package this last weekend, the Lavender Mountain one. The facial and body scrub went wonderfully, but my relaxing spa day came to a crashing hault for my massage. When my husband called to book my spa day, he insisted on a female massage therapist. So I was shocked when I was called back by a young man. I was too internally panicked to say anything for fear of offending anyone or causing a scene, but this was the most uncomfortable experience. As someone with a history of sexual assault, it was a big deal for me to have a female massage therapist, which is why my husband asked for one at the time of booking. Now, I'll say that the staff, including my therapist, Matthew were nothing but professional and nice, but whoever handled my booking process should have been more thorough. when I checked out, I did ask the lady if they could tell if I was originally placed on a different massage therapist's schedule (wondering if I had gotten switched by accident), but she said they couldn't tell. I was hoping she would ask "why, was there a problem?" So I could bring it up, but she didn't say anything more. Because of this, I don't know if I'll be returning."

"Had another wonderful manicure with Kimberly! She is so sweet, polite, professional, and a great conversationalist! My manicure lasts for about a month, unless I want to change the color! Amazing products are used, and I can even buy them for home use, too! She's usually booked up on weekends, also available Mondays. Advanced planning is key. The other staff I encountered was also very nice and helpful. Gorgeous view, day or night!"

"Best experience EVER and I own a boutique Spa & Salon! I had called and booked the Spirulina Kur last week but I noticed after the wrap there must have been a misunderstanding and I was only scheduled for the wrap portion. They scrambled and got me in for the soak and the 50 min massage and hands down worth every minute! I feel rejuvenated, relaxed and spoiled. My massage therapist, Amanda had the best positive energy as well. Highly recommend! Thank you all for what you do ♥️"
