"Ended up charging at all 4 portals because they each experienced errors that halted charging, and couldn’t then reconnect to my vehicle. This is not the first time I’ve had issues at this EA location. Charging for some of these sessions was complementary, which only partly made up for how long it took to get enough charge to continue on my road trip."

"Only one charging station was working and even then, it was metering how quickly we could charge making it so we had to stay longer. 2 other vehicles came during that time too, one left but the other waited until they could take our spot. We were there as part of an extended trip so we used it twice within a week and it was the same issue both times. Very disappointing compared to our experiences at another site."
