"Store and personnel very nice and frendly showers clean . But conditions on parking lot after freezing temperatures and snow is not accessible I can't get out of pilot property because slepry surface nobody spread salt and sand so I will be late delivery to Sisco in Boise today if Sisco will charge me late delivery fee I will send to to pilot Corp. One of pilot employees told me they ask Corp for snow removal equipment for so many years but cheep gridy Corp management refused to answer positive to stor employees"
