"Car was taken here after an accident for fender and headlight replacement. Car looks great, paint is well-matched as close as you can get. However, they left the inside of the car extremely dirty. There was something that looked like grease stains on the upholstery on top of the cabin extending all the way to the back of the car. It was EVERYWHERE. These are just a few of the pictures - there was still so many of these spots all over the upholstery. The backseat was pulled forward to gain access to the trunk - something I found out as I was in the backseat trying to clean the stains out of the upholstery. Why were they even back there? Why were they rummaging around in the trunk? There's no circumstance I can think of to be in the car anywhere else except for the driver's seat for a fender replacement. And wiping their fingers all over the roof? Completely unprofessional. Even a few days after getting the car back, I'm still finding things that they left behind - spray paint residue of the word "fender" on the driver's side window. Glass cleaner won't get it off. Why? If it was my business, I would treat my customer's cars with a lot more care."
