"Rental car receptionist lady was extremely rude to me and how she talked to me and the way she said it after I returned the car saying there wasn’t enough gas and she”ll have to use your own time putting gas in it or charge my card on file but the gas gauge was a full tank! The receptionist lady wanted more and more gas but I told her it was a full tank! I phoned my husband what was going on at the rental place & he extremely stated the receptionist was being difficult and the reason why she was like that just giving us a hard time when it shouldn’t be this way with the customers. The reason I had the vehicle cause my car was in shop getting fixed & finished ✅ on all the repairs a week early. The receptionist lady really needs an attitude adjustment addressing the customers in a positive manner cause she’s not fit for the position she’s in!"
