"Absolutely horrible customer service. I can't rate the job due to nobody responding to my calls. I called for about an hour, then I drove up to the business to make an appointment in person instead of OTP. The business was closed, though this was during business hours. I spoke to Shannon yesterday and he was nice, but he stated to call in today cause he'd be out for the week. But nothing today. Tri-county seems to care a little more about wanting to help you get your vehicle fixed."
