"I would like to make note that this review does not reflect the establishment or the owner, this review reflects a terrible massage experience with anjea. I requested a deep tissue massage with a focus on upper back and quads. I had a physical test I was preparing for and was hoping for a good massage. Unfortunately, I didn’t go back to Jean who massaged me last time, which did a fantastic job. This girl gave out a negative vibe when I first spoke with her, and made me feel like I wasn’t welcome. I asked her to focus on those points. After she asked me to dress down to my comfort level I did. I left my undergarments on. When she came back I asked her “what are you comfortable with” figuring I want her to be able to do her massage correctly, or, if she’s not comfortable with it I can put whatever on. While she was massaging my upper back, she randomly stopped massaging for a set period of time. I in turn looked at her to see if something was wrong, her eyes were close and had an interesting look on her face like she was having issues with her thoughts. The main focus she had was massaging my hands and feet, which I specified I didn’t want that. I left that place after 90 minutes feeling the exact same. I should also note, I received the friends and family discount. I heard after my massage ended, from said friend “why does he get the discount” and she goes on to complain about me for no said reason and was off put that I asked “what are you comfortable with me dressing down to”. I do recommend this establishment but if you want any proper type of massage or looking for muscle tension relief, make sure you do not go to anjea."

"Exceptional customer service. Used the chat option through Google maps and received a response in less than a day which then provided a phone number that helped me set up a personal gift card outside of business hours to be sent out in time for a birthday the following day that I was hoping to have it ready by. Haven't actually received a massage yet myself to comment on that part but I had to leave a review for such great customer service."

"Great experience start to finish. Prompt returning of phone call, working to schedule according to my availability, text/emails to provide information and confirming, and then came the massage. Mark was amazing, massage was continuous alternating flowing movements with working out the knots, and interspersing kneading, vibrating -all the good stuff."

"Would not recommend this business to anyone, Very greedy. Called to schedule an appointment after finding this business on Groupon / Living social as I had a $50 credit to use. I explained this to the receptionist & she told me she would prefer if I price matched with them instead of Groupon since they get charged a 5% fee (about $2.85). So she's wanting me to spend another $57 instead of using letting me use the coupon they're advertising. Also pressured me to take an earlier appointment, as the massage therapist didn't want to wait around. (Her previous appointment ended at 1:30 and I wanted a massage at 3:30). If you are not going to honor the coupon then don't list it. Because this business didn't want to pay $2.85 in fees they lost a $60 sale. Sad to see, do better. And get better employees.I WILL TAKE MY MONEY ELSEWHERE AND MAKE SURE I TELL EVERYONE TO DO SO AS WELL."
