"Went in yesterday with my daughter to get full sets. They had our appt. time wrong. It started out ok. As people started walking in (with no appt.) the man that did mine started rushing. Didn’t measure the tips to my nails, didn’t push back cuticles and was pretty rough with the file and cut me. The lady that did my daughters nails did a good job though. All in all they are thick and he didn’t get them all cleaned out under my nail. I should have said something at the time, but we were in a hurry with things to do afterwards."
