"i don’t recommend this place because i was lied to and my time was wasted. this happened back in 2022. i called the salon and was asking their starting price for a bleach retouch. i expected a stylist to know what that is. he told me $90. i asked “are you sure for a bleach retouch” he confirmed it and said yes. i come into my appointment. the stylist working on my hair is the owner of the salon. i had to wait for over an hour for her to get started on my hair because she was busy doing something. i dismissed cuz people get busy. she does my hair. it looks great. she was very nice and had great haircare information for me. at the end of my appointment when i have to pay. she tells me $200. and i tell her on the phone her other stylist told me $90. and he comes over and says “no i didn’t. you asked me about a root shadow” sir i don’t even know what that is. but anyways i paid her and never went back."

"I booked with Lidia for acrylic nails and she did AMAZING. I asked for a design that I’ve been previously turned down on by another salon and she was quick to agree. Hands down, probably my favorite set of acrylics yet. She was also so sweet and patient! Cannot wait to book again!"

"Edit: 8/17 New Review coming. They fixed everything. So happy now! Immediately after I posted my previous review, Jennifer gave me phone call. I was also contacted through instagram. Due to family stuff, i couldnt respond at the time, but the very next day Jennifer called me again. Jennifer is the manager of Fina and she was very kind; she listened to me talk about what happened in detail, she asked proactive questions, and then offered me multiple options to correct the existing problems with my acyrlics. PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I chose to have my daughters acrylics refunded as a gift card (Since due to the aforementioned family stuff, my daughter isn't coming back to Idaho untill Christmas) and elected to have my current set redone. Fina Beauty went beyond the call in making the situation right: I had rescheduled my appt for last monday, but due to my own stupid, i missed that appoint and they were super accomidating in still getting me in this monday (8/17). Elma was the tech who did my nails, who also happens to be the owner (she was so gracious and was very adament that she wanted to do my nails herself). As I said in my first review, I chose to stick with a black to red ombre, which is exceptionally difficult to do right. Black is an unforgiving acrylic and Elma made it look easy. I will leave one picture from the old poor review ( itll be the first one.) and include pictures of the nails Elma did. They are gorgeous and I have finally found my new nail salon. THANK YOU! Jennifer, Elma, and KIM! My first review wasn't the greatest, but Kim you came to me today and jumped right into apologizing. You were kind and understanding and Thank you for being so willing to engage with me without prompting. I know after a bad review it can feel bad, actually hurt ones feelings, and I know it can be very uncomfortable to deal with a person who may have made you feel upset. So thank you. I appreciate your interaction today just as much as I appreciated getting my nails done. All of you are wonderful and I hope that I can get an appointment with you in the future Kim for something that your great at. Enough of the sap. TLDR: Need a new nail tech? Willing to spend a bit more to get excellent product and even better customer service? Fina Beauty Nails is worth the appointment. Just make sure that if you are unsatisfied you can point out exactly what went wrong. If they know what went wrong, then the techs at Fina Beauty will fix it and do it better than you hoped. Synopsis of previous poor review: 8/7, two appts, set appt for two manis and two pedis with full acrylics. Less than stellar customer service and poor quality acrylics. I was extremely dissapointed in the service and the end result."
