"I’ve been to this salon probably 6 times and I continue to return because I completely trust these stylists. Dawn and Stephanie will have a long conversation with you about what you want and what you don’t want. They give good advice when I come with a picture that won’t work with my hair, face shape, etc…. I’m growing out my gray, so it’s takes skill to match what is growing out at the root. Dawn gets my hair color right every time. Not only are they good at what they do with hair, they also work to fight human trafficking and take care of many young women effected by human trafficking. This is where I want my money to go."

"I had this business cut my hair 7/25/22. I said I wanted a Bob hair style and I even too a picture in with me. She not only didn't give me a "bob" style, she chopped it off so short that I can't even style it. My hair grows so slow that I will have to wear a wig for several months or maybe as much as two years. If she didn't know how to cut a "bob style" she should have said she didn't know how to do it. The first picture is what it should be, the other two are pictures of what I actually received. Not sure if the bad hair cut was because she was 15 minutes late and only spent 10 minutes on my hair cut because she had other clients waiting or because she wasn't paying attention. Most stylists use scissors and cut carefully so that everything blends together but she took large sections of hair and cut the entire section in a split second. It happened so fast that I didn't have time to react and she didn't give me a mirror so I could see the disaster. She offered to fix the problem but I don't know how you fix something when you don't have hair to work with. I don't think gluing my hair back on my head is an option."
