"After nearly a year with our atvs (we did say we didn't need it rushed but had told them we had two vacations that we had prepaid one a few months out and the big one in the summer) we finally got it back after losing all of our reservations including the campground fee which was over $600. We paid a little over $500 for the repairs and brought it home only to have it run for less than a total of 10 minutes. It started only 3 times and rough each time. I called right away and the only offer that was extended was to bring it back but they still had our other one. We were not willing to wait another year. When we hurry the quote on the other with no regard for the costs incurred for the first repairs that didn't fix a thing and knowing we didn't have another 6+ months to wait we picked the last wheeler up. While the time getting it back after they were finally "fixed" was not timely as we had already missed both vacations it was the time it took to even get to it that was heartbreaking. We had it there during their show season but they knew we needed it during the summer and every call went the same way "we'll get to it soon" or "we're really slammed right now" but even after numerous calls getting more and more concerned as our vacations loomed we thought for sure they'd not let us down knowing we had so much money on the line. We are finally getting the repaired on repaired yet again with another shop it just breaks my heart to hear the same issues we were told were fixed are the same things being repaired at the new shop. I had not posted any reviews or even spoke of this shop again but hearing what needs to be fixed just made me sit and cry. I wish it had been taken care of in time to not lose all our money but to have to repair this wheeler not once but twice is just sad. I think these folks are good people but i think they need to ensure their costumers are getting quality repairs in a reasonable time and if their work doesn't hold for even a day i wish they'd done more to help us other than put us in a cue behind Lord knows how many others and make us wait months more."
