"I tried twice to schedule an appt. through their portal. After not getting a response, I sent an email. I did receive a response from the owner saying she didn’t get my messages. She asked for my phone number and said one of the stylists would contact me to set up an appt. Waited 3 days and no one called me. I finally emailed the owner and told her I had not gotten a response from any of the stylists and would go elsewhere…she hasn’t responded at all. Truly disappointed in their customer service! I expected more as I had went to this salon before and got great customer service! If that is the best customer service they can provide, I would highly recommend some additional training courses and possibly a lesson on how to at least dial a phone number and contact a potential customer who has reached out! Awful!!!!"
