Envy Nails

"Probably one of the worst pedicure experiences I've ever had. Had acrylic put on my 2 big toes and was laughed at when I asked if they could do that. THEN I was made to sit an a MANI station and stretch my feet under the mani table to get the acrylic on before I went to the pedi station. THEN my water was cold the entire pedicure. AND my gel polish on my toes look like i had a child polish them. THEN we were left with Paraffin bags on our feet for more than 15 mins. I'll never go back."

"The woman who did my nails was extremely rude and way too rough for no reason. My friend I was with brought it up not me, but I agree with her. She did a decent job, but just was very unpleasant to be around and I won’t be coming back. She would press into the cuts on my thumb after I asked her to fix part of her work. Purposefully trying to hurt me and that wasn’t cool."

"Jojo and the other girls are so good. I have very brittle, thin nails and the gel polish would come off within a couple of days. I admit I am hard on my hands. Jojo put a powder on my nails and the gel stays on and my nails are harder. This will be the only place I go to from now on."

"After 4 weeks of the same set of acrylic nails I only broke 2! One was because I was flipping a mattress and the other I was scrubbing the car, both were 100% my fault! I went back for a fill and to repair the two I broke, well 2 weeks later none of them are broken and they are growing out nicely!!! I totally recommend you go here, they are super nice and do a really great job. *edited to add my refill and color change! These have been on for 3 weeks and they are nice and thick!!! None broken so far!"

"Absolutely horrible experience. My nails look like they were glued on. I got a pedicure and dip nails under and hour and 15 minutes. She was going so fast I even asked her to slow down. She asked me how I thought they looked and I was honest and told her horrendous. I asked for square with slightly rounded. My tips are wider than the bottom of my nail. I paid in full even after I complained. Will never go there again. No professionalism at all. No apologies, how can I make this right nothing."
