"I made an appointment online (I love that!) for a new set of acrylic nails and got Lynn who was not only friendly and very professional, but extremely efficient, fast and did a beautiful job in only 30 minutes! I'm so glad I found Four Seasons! A+++"
"I have for the most part had a positive experience with the employees here, there's one gal I absolutely disliked her services. After my last pedicure in November I have spent the past 2 months fighting a fungal infection on both of my legs, it is finally clearing up and I won't be returning. The only reason I know it is from the pedicure is because everywhere it has spread to on my legs is all below the knee and where my legs would have been in the water and massaged. So even though I have the discount on my next appointment I won't be returning."
"The first appointment I booked was for full set gel x, it said online $60, when I went in they put acrylic on me and charged the 60, instead of the $50 for full set acrylics, I didn't think much of it since I had Christmas design on the nails. Then I made an appointment for acrylic fill which online it said was $40, I showed up for my appointment wasn't told they were over booked until later a 45 min appointment turned into a 2.5 hr appointment. Was charged $60. The first lady that took me back didn't even k iw how to do acrylic fills and asked if I could go back at 6 I said no because I work from 6-6 that's why I made sure to make an appointment that fits my schedule. Long story short I had 3 people work on my nails, I feel I was over charged. Will not be going back. I also tiped $15 the first time and $20 the second."
"I chose this salon because you can schedule online. That is a very nice feature. My first appointment I didn't have a preference for nail tech, got Monny she was so sweet, gentle and did an amazing job. She has done my nails twice, and I am very happy with the job. The salon is very clean and just has such a relaxing vibe. The first time, I did builder gel with 5 different colors. Loved it, but I am very hard on my nails, so the second time Monny recommend acrylic, they will hold up better. Thank you, 4 Seasons, and thank you, Monny, for a relaxing special treat that I do for myself."
"I was shocked 2.5 weeks after receiving services here. My regular place was closed during my only availability during the weekend to take care of my nails, so I took a chance on this place. I received a gel polish acrylic fill from an older gentleman. He was quick and efficient, and I was happy enough leaving the place. As time wore on, I noticed nails of different lengths, some that weren’t even level at the top (coffin shape) which then led me to realize that I wasn’t even given the option to cut down - I mean, I didn’t want to that’s why I didn’t ask for it, but nevertheless, the ends were left in whatever condition they ended up in, without much effort from the tech. But that’s not why I’m writing this review. As I mentioned, I was absolutely SHOCKED, and frankly disgusted and horrified when I presented to my regular nail spa for a fill 2.5 weeks following my fill at 4 seasons. As soon as she filed off the polish she knew: the nail beds are covered in fungus. Then began the questions of where I went, and the anecdotes about her own experiences with the individual who did my nails and their propensity to cut corners. I acknowledge this is hearsay and I’m not accusing anyone of anything, but the fact remains that I now have naked, fungus covered natural nails after getting a fill here. In over 10 years of intermittently wearing acrylics sometimes for 6+ month stretches, going to dozens of different spas in 6 US states, I’ve NEVER had nail fungus. Was it the multiple washes throughout the fill without proper dry time? I have no idea. I do know for certain that I’ll never return here, and probably actively encourage my loved ones in the market for a nail spa to find another place."
