"Absolute disaster of an experience and even worse of a person. retired and traveling full-time through the area and had a rear differential breakdown, I called around town and everyone was booked out for weeks if not months, against most of everyones advice not to use Ryan I really didnt have a choice and his location was less than a mile from the breakdown. I had to order my own parts and have them overnighted via air freight to have them at his shop by monday. 3 days go by and not a single part has been installed and he asks me to buy the tools he needs to finish the job. After a few more days of no shows and lies for excuses. Even the locals said I was in for a ride with Ryan. I had to hire a tow truck to move the truck to another shop so I could get the job done. 7 days wasted and he charged me over $800 for pulling the axles and locker, nothing else was done or replaced, all the new parts were still sitting on the floor as well his kids got paint everywhere on my truck and I had to order more parts due to his incompetence. Avoid this place at all costs."
