"We ordered and placed a deposit on a Yukon in January of 2023 with Al D. and were told, with the options we chose, that it may a bit before it arrives, and he anticipated it being there by September of 2023. After not receiving a single update on the status of our vehicle, I called near the end of November, 2023, and left messages for both Al and Greg S., the sales manager. I did not get a call back and reached out again to Al. Al told me that because of the time frame, we were now into a 2024 model and needed to update our build sheet. This was on a Friday and later in the afternoon. He was to call me the next Monday with an update. He never did. That was 5 weeks ago. I again called and left a message with Al and never got a returned call. The next day, I called again and spoke with another salesman who looked up our order and told me that there was no order placed under our name and that they didn't have any Yukon's being built at this time. Super frustrating to have given them money for a year to not have anything in line for a build. The reason we ordered from this larger dealer, who is a few hours from us, is that we had a bad experience with another, closer GMC dealer near us. Blown away with the poor customer service received and such a disgraceful dealer for the GM brand. Shame on all of you."
