"Did a trade with Phil Rohr and he ripped me off-- he made excuses for months and months, and never completed the work. He did try to give me some junk that someone else must've rejected, which I did not accept. He eventually said "sue me", which I did and got a judgment for $2,500, which he still refuses to pay. After asking around a bit, it turns out MANY others have had the same experience with Phil. See for yourself-- Look up his entry in the Idaho Repository under 'W Phil Rohr III" and take a look at all the judgments he's had entered against him. Swamped and "Locked Up" is what this guy ought to be."
