Thank you They fixed my valve stems on all 4 tires and I took it back few days later to fix a slow leak coming from a valve stem so they replaced that again. Super nice"

"Swung by to have my lugs re-torqued. The young men that were working out in the shop were very polite and professional As was whomever, answered the phone at the front desk. Evan was quick and efficient and polite. A quick exchange overall but pleasant enough to feel that I needed to write a quick review."

"Had my tires rotated at the first interval and I asked them to make sure the air pressure was good. about a month later the tire looked low again (probably the temperature drop) so I tried to add air to the tires myself. The tire caps were on so hard I could not get them off even with a wrench and pliers so I took it back to Discount Tire in CDA. They said they were also unable to get the caps off so they had to replace the stems. In the process all my tire sensors stopped working. They tried to charge me to new sensors but finally agreed to replace them without charging me since they were fine before I brought it to the shop. They claimed they replaced them and that we just needed to drive the Jeep for a few miles and they would start working. (They never started working even after driving for 20 miles. Took it back to them several times and they never did get them working.) They told me we would need to take it to the dealer because they couldn't get it fixed. Dealer charged me $364.00 to fix them... Thanks Discount Tire in CDA!... wont be going back here EVER"

"I have used discount tire for a few years now. From buying tires and having dismounts and balances. I never had a problem before. Yesterday was a different story. I was working, so I sent my lovely wife Ashley with two new wheels and tires I bought online. I had tried the outside of the tires, as I know from experience, that some tire workers won't pay attention to what they are doing. So she relayed the message of weights on the inside, the marked side of tires out. They are toyo g3 ice. Directional tires. They even say left or right on them for clueless people. Well the worker then trys telling my wife multiple times that it doesn't matter which way they go on, making me look like I don't know what I'm talking about. She felt dumb and uncomfortable. Not cool in anyway! Maybe he was trying to look all cool and smart or trying to belittle me, but not acceptable in my book. We will never go back, due to the customer service. I will go back one time to tell them this in person! When she got home she asked why it matters, and I then showed her, so she won't feel like that again, when you have a not talented worker trying to tell her different. My opinion....for the worker,. You have one job, try doing it right. Very disappointed with this place."
