"My wife has been a Schwabs customer for years. She recently took a tire in that blew out on the highway and completely destroyed the tire. The tech said that she had been rubbing the tire against a curb and that's what caused the blow out and the warranty was invalid. All the damage was on the inside of the tire. Explain that. They don't care about their customers."
