I needed a replacement BOA for my shoes that I could not find anywhere in town, and one of the guys from the shop, went home, took the dials off his own shoes and brought them back to the shop so I could ride. Absolutely over the top customer service. Can not recommend this shop enough."

Ryan provided excellent communication from afar and enabled me to make a same-day appointment to upgrade all three tires. I left for lunch and they did the work lickety-split.
