"I had a pair of skis and two snowboards full tuned with base repair. The skis were not property edged and were impossible to ski on. One run at bogus and then to Greenwoods. The skis were not properly detuned after edging and the job on the bases were marginal with rust still remaining on the edges. The snowboards were the same story, but we didn’t even try to ride those before having professionals at Greenwoods repair the shoddy work of Score Outdoors. I have used this business to sell my used ski and snowboard equipment and the process was always easy and they got good prices, but I would never recommend using them for tuning boards or skis."

"I've been to multiple places to get my board waxed and tuned and so far their wax job comes out much smoother and clean then any of the other places I have brought my boards to. I highly reccomend people coming to score to when it comes to gear maintenance"

"Unfortunately we bought a kids snowboard here that was waterlogged in December 2023. We also had them service the board before taking it home to get it in as they said “like new” condition so it would be ready when the snow came. We started to have issues with it this month, January 2024 like screws backing out of the bindings, upon taking it to get it fixed we learned it’s waterlogged to the point it’s not worth fixing as it’s a kids board. Buyer beware, the return policy is 1 day & they’re were less than helpful in coming up with a solution to fix the board. Basically it’s all on us. This board will eventually break in half which doesn’t sound like a good option for my kiddo. I’ve called other repair places for quotes & it’s cheaper to just lease. $140 down the drain for nothing."

"Awful service in their service department. The gentleman we spoke with treated us like second class citizens because we were shopping for less expensive used parts. He actually walked away from us to assist another customer even though we were there first. Bad attitude from the manager when we asked about return/exchange policy. Good Luck."
