"Review update: Jazz was so amazing during my visit last night. We ventured further into solutions for multiple inquiries. She was able to manage everything and effectively end with product purchases aligned with what I went for, and more. Thanks Jazz! Jazz and Sheila are awesome! I went in to return a product I didn't care for with A&E 7 day satisfaction gauruntee. It was effortless. I knew what type of product I wanted to get instead and Jazz eventually came over to ask if we needed help. She not only answered my questions, but provided education on products I have some issues with that I had purchased elsewhere. I went from very uncomfortable to comfortable within that conversation! Sheila came over a little while later and because I was debating on two different products she was willing to open them for me so I could see which I liked better. Went into the lube area and was overwhelmed by the selection. They both were able to show me different products that I may enjoy now, or in the future. I enjoyed the selection of lubes that they had samples for and was able to find the right product. Thank you Adam and Eve! These 2 ladies were so kind and knowledgeable. Also their rewards program is awesome!"

"Went in real late last minute and was in a huge hurry. However, that changed quickly when Jazz and Sheila immediately caught my attention and they welcomed me and asked for any specifics about what had brought me into the store. I shared with them what I needed and immediately I was escorted by Jazz to the section I needed! The whole time offering suggestions quedttiti help narrow down the selection. Which was way helpful. I not only chose the items I needed I also ended up quite honestly, something I didn’t need. Which is totally fine I cannot say enough about Jazz and Sheila and the excellent customer service they showed me! And I would like them to know how much I appreciate it! Well done ladies, thank you!"
