"Went to purchase a hat for my husband. When we walked out of the store I noticed the detail on the front was peeling off. We walked back in to exchange and asked where they wanted us to put it and they said right back in the shelf! This is a $40 hat we're talking about. And they are hoping to have someone else buy it even though it is defective. Take your broken product off the shelf and take the loss. Be sure to examine the product thoroughly before making a purchase here."
"Always get great service here even when I am just looking around. Last visit my daughter found a beanie baby she liked but it had a small tear so the guy brought out every similar one they had in the back for her to choose from. Made her day. Great selection of hats, and lots of other sports related items, some I've never seen anywhere else. Fun store to shop in."
