"Called to inquire if they happen to know if an item was still there. JULIA was extremely rude on the phone. I asked if they could put it on hold for me. She was short and pretty much said I’m not going to help at all, come in person. It wasn’t the fact she said no. It was the really poor attitude and complete lack of professionalism. She definitely should be taken off phones."

"I can’t fit all of the information in one review but you really need to do your own research on this company. GW is NOT a charity. This is a FOR PROFIT company. The AVERAGE CEO salary is HALF A MILLION dollars per year. And their workers are on food stamps and walking to work because they can’t afford a car. Don’t just accept this as the way things have to be. This kind of greed and disregard for humanity is a perversion of capitalism. If you want to donate give to the Youth Ranch or other local charities. Or better yet, post it online for free. I remember once a decade ago a woman gave me a really nice sectional couch for free online and it made my family really happy. You give to a real human being and you can actually see with your own eyes what your kindness has done. Anyway, boycott Goodwill, they’re gross."

"I walked to Goodwill this morning. I didn’t realize they opened later on Sunday then the rest of the week so I got there at about 1040 and the woman working, Pam, didn’t even acknowledge me, even though she was vacuuming right in front of me. I stood there trying to get someone’s attention for 20 minutes so that someone could let me in because it was about 20° out but they didn’t let anyone in until there was a crowd of people around the door and it was exactly 11 on the dot. I wasn’t asking them to serve me. I was just asking them to let me inside so it wasn’t freezing. They were all joking around and laughing in there while I was trying to get their attention. It was Pam, Brenda and Jon. Extremely unprofessional you can see why they’re working somewhere like Goodwill."

"Visiting here from Oregon and I found so many treasures here! This store had a great selection of clothing - found many name brands in excellent condition. I also found some toy “treasures” for my grandsons. Compared to the Goodwill near me, the prices were very reasonable, the store was clean and pleasant to shop in, the employees were friendly, and the selection was excellent. Will definitely shop here again!"
