"Much different than your traditional big box retail store. My wife found two items she had been looking for. Helpful and friendly staff. Worth a visit."
"The lady that helped us at the counter was very nice and polite. The one star review is because the loft does not give you more than 30 days to return an item without penalizing you financially for taking too long. The receipt is present. The price tag is still on the merchandise and you still have to pay extra. We will be closing our account with them and shopping somewhere where they've got a more tolerant return policy on perfectly new goods. My wife is pretty addicted to this place and it's sad that the Loft is willing to lose a lifelong customer for $8. Looks like off to Macy's and Nordstroms our money will go....."
"Good selection for all casual to business. It's my go to place for when I need somthing for an up coming business trip. Sizes are generous, so that should make all us ladies happy :) good customer service at this location. If they don't have a size you need they are willing to call around or look on line for you."
