"Got a nice orange puffer vest from here. Super nice store, workers were very nice, and the atmosphere was pretty chill and relaxed. Definitely will be doing more shopping here whenever I make it to Boise again."
"I have a discount card from my sister who worked there, and when I tried to use it, one of the employees took it away from me in a really condescending, rude manner. My sister was given three cards for friends and family discount, I had my own card with my legal name (and showed my license to prove it was me), and according to the fine print, it is valid until January. I wasn’t trying to buy a ton a clothing, it was a simple pair of jeans and a plain t shirt, just $40 worth of clothes. I would understand if the fine print matched what the lady said and it truly was expired, but it’s still completely valid. She gave no good explanation as to why she took it. I have used this card at other locations of H&M and have never had a problem before. She snatched the card, and left my boyfriend, myself, and the cashier helping us feeling really awkward and embarrassed. I would give zero stars if I could."
"Good place to get clothing a bit different from the typical stuff you'd find in every other clothing store. Color palettes are a little more pastel than usual in the men's section which is sometimes needed. Not much branding on the clothes which is great. Customer service is basically non existent but welcome if you want to be left alone lol"
"H&M is one of a few stores in the Village where employees follow CDC guidelines. While the store doesn’t enforce the guidelines on customers, I appreciate the employees for doing their part to minimize disease transmission."
"While their clothes are great and I love them I do not like their return policy. My mom bought me some slacks for Christmas and had asked the cashier if it would be ok to return these if they did not fit. The cashier said it would be just fine don't even worry. They did not fit and my mom kept all the receipts as well. They did not like that we wanted to return it because it was after the 30 day policy. They ended up giving us in store credit after we fought with them on it for a while. Very frustrating and upsetting. My mom has said she will never shop from them ever again as their policy and their communication is next to nothing from their stores. One star is from me since I like their clothes and they are a good fit. The other is their policy and lack of communication from my mom."
