"I finally received my PakJak!! Just in time for a backpacking overnighter in Anza Borrego State Desert Park. It worked out perfectly in the evening has the light and temperatures dropped quickly. Around camp it kept me warm (using the mesh backing) while just wearing a hiking shirt and a layer (temperatures went down into the low 30’s). Later in the early morning (4:00 am) it kept me warm as I broke camp. When we started to hike out I wore it for about an 1 1/2 hours before I was warm enough to take it off. Because of the mesh backing, it was easy to pack away. When I first tried it on it felt a little tight around my shoulders. It makes sense when later having a backpack on. It didn’t feel tight when I was backpacking. Only recommendations would be a chest pocket and zippered arm pits for us in California. I know this would add cost and weight. A little disappointed that it’s made in China. Otherwise 5 Stars Great job on the PakJak!! p.s. I’m not sure how to use the straps"

"This coat performed awesomely. I wore it today with the temps in the low 30’s and a windchill of 17 degree. No sweaty back which prevented me from getting cold. I attached the top with the snaps and the bottom with the belt on my pack. The size runs small but I highly recommend this product. The owner was very customer focused."
