"I appreciate that the ID Youth Ranch on Franklin is always clean and organized ... something I can't say about most other thrift stores in the area. I've always had good service here. On one of my shopping expeditions I found dining chairs 75% off! I find a lot of items for my crafting at excellent prices here. On days I want to unwind I can stop in and have an enjoyable browsing experience....of course I always find a treasure. Thank you ."

"Since they changed their hour's to closing early people who work 6 day's a week 9 am to 5 pm cannot get to their stores in time to shop. It's horrible the store did this!!!! It doesn't make sense that they wouldn't stay open till 9 p.m. like they used to because I'm sure they made a lot more money."

"Stay away from this place. Very rude woman managers. Bought two same candles as a set. Should of been charged for set 5.00. When i left I noticed its been charged twice. I called right away and spoke to employee that was helping me. I also got her name and asked her to tell manager that I be coming back tomorrow, if she could notify her manager since she wont be working next day.. She said she will tell her manager, which she never did. When i came in next day I got into bug problem. First of all customer service is below zero. Told me they always sell it individually unless it's marked. I told them I don't know what u mark but it is a set and one item, and other candle holder doesn't have a sticker, so that's why employee was trying to sell as a one piece but accidentally charged for two. I told them I am not stupid just return it and get me my money back. People donate stuff here to them for free and if there is a mistake it could of been handled differently. You don't have to be rude about it to customer,,,, my husband was there too when I was buying and it was like a set not as an individuall item. It's not about candles it all about customer service. One of the managers would laugh rudely each time I would say something."
