Reviews
"As many others have mentioned in their reviews, the management at the local Home Depot is filled with incompetents. That's a point that is without question, and one that cannot be argued against. You might say Home Depot managers are chosen through a process called "Survival of the Dumbest." As a result those of us who shop there must suffer. But at the same time, consumers need to understand the reason for their incompetence and empathize. Let's face it: Home Depot store managers, assistant managers, and service desk managers are hired from within by senority.. Home Depot employees are notoriously overworked, undervalued, and under appreciated. Only those who are too incompetent or unqualified to find other work last long at Home Depot. In other words, when it comes to incompetence and management at Home Depot, only the worst survive. Don't believe me, go ask for help from Nampa's Home Depot management. You'll have better luck talking to a cow. Which gets me to this: Another reviewer has written that assistant manager Riley is arrogant. That is too complimentary. Instead, I describe Riley as a lying dodo. A reviewer on the Nampa Home Depot's Facebook page said she spotted a manager taking pictures of an employee's rear end. I wouldn't be surprised if that manager was Riley. An arrogant liar, he would have no problem cheating on his unlucky wife and kids."
"Ceci was absolutely AMAZING!!! Great smile, great customer service, genuinely concerned with helping me with my order, and she got the job time in a very timely fashion. Employees like Ceci are what make Home Depot OUTSHINE their competition....10 STARS for Ceci and Home Depot!!!!"
"This place has a lot of stuff to fix up your place and what not. Sometimes it's rather difficult to get some assistance. They will fix the veteran discount. It's 10% on everything make it easy for them. They didn't do just 10 % of the scary stuff. They did 100% treat them as such. Make it easy. Without their personal information. When you step back you see the byproduct of those who got in a relationship because they fear this world all over. Rising in prices the needing extra here and there. The scams and going around corruption. The letter just didn't exist till the 1,500's you wouldn't call me Jesus. A definition to Jesus is hail Zeus. Daniel means judge of God. It's where judgment day comes from. Hidden last the rapturous one. Where the rapture comes from. The im crazy the no way. Is the byproduct of not love as well. All the proof an educated person needs. But yet no one e is educated? I'm sure they will fix this and make it way better than 10%. Daniel speights. Check on Facebook. This is when it gets scary for corruption."
"We paid $40 for a measurement to have a door installed. It took a month to do the measurement. Two months after the order, I called to see where it was. Home Depot cancelled the order without so much as a phone call to us. Yes, our contact information is up-to-date in our account. There are no refunds for a measurement. So, we paid $40 for a required measurement, they took the money and cancelled the order without so much as a call. The ethics of making a quick $40 this way are more than questionable."
"It's bad enough to lock up some tools but NOT all. Then the employee if you can find one doesn't have keys. Once they find keys they then supposedly have to walk you to the register the same as a firearm purchase at Cabelas. So I have to do all my other shopping at the store before getting a power tool. This walking you to the register is ********** and was not the case 6 months ago. You would still have to wait for ever for help but they would just give it to you. I will find other places to give my money to like True value, Amazon etc. Sorry but what what else can I do?"
