"Waited to be acknowledged that I had walked in. Ordered online. Took me 15 minutes to get to the store then waited 10 minutes to be asked if they could help me. They then proceeded to "prepare" my order. When the order was ready they just set it on the counter. Two delivery people checked to see if it was theirs so my food was handled by them before I even had a chance to touch it. The food had to be sitting back in the prep area because it was cold and to top it off it was not made as ordered. I requested no lettuce but had lots of lettuce:("
