"We were sat by the door and had no space to eat. The table was tiny, and the waiters were all talking to another employee at the table by us. They were not attentive to their jobs and we had to ear half our food cold since we had to wait for silverware and condiments. The waiter we had forgot we existed after asking for anything. Valentine's Day dinner was ruined by all of this. After we asked to be seated in the bar. They had a table open and gave it to the people that came in after us and gave a large table to another couple behind us. This was so disappointing. I will not be back for any occasion."
"Hannah made our dinner perfect. Always on top of whatever was needed……SO friendly and obviously, very experienced in customer service skills. I would come back just to see her. (My oriental chicken salad was good, as well!)"
"Smallest side of coleslaw... like enough for ONE bite. It looked like our cheese sauce had already been eaten out of. Forgot both sides of fries that COME with the meal, had to drive all the way back to get the fries and now my food is cold, neat! Also the amount of fries they gave me when I returned for what I paid for... like honestly I can't see myself recommending this place to anyone anymore"
"I love the environment in this Applebees. It’s really relaxed and chill and the food never disappoints. Only problem I had was how long it took to take my order and bring my food but food was fantastic so kinda worth the wait and the waiters were just so nice."
"We showed up first on the list for a seat. They sat over 15 groups ahead of us. They did not have reservations. We asked several time why we had not been seated and were told that they were waiting for a table for us. We sat for 65 min before we were seated. Our waitor was distracted and was not attentive at all. The food was good. Price has gone up so much for this kind of place. You can find much better food choices in the area for the same or less."
