"Great value and usually good quality. Selections have expanded slightly, but I am often looking for gluten-free, soy, and dairy alternates. Winco doesn't compete with other local chains in that aspect."
"This store is on Chinden Road. Very convenient location surrounded by multiple businesses, including spa and bank. It is near olive garden restaurant. I like buying my meat and vegetables from winco. I buy nuts from winco to make my own a nut mix. Their spices are also good."
"The prices are great, so I keep coming back, but WinCo is my least favorite grocers in the valley. The aisles are narrow and the store layout makes no sense. I use a mobility scooter and it is tough to get around. They also are not willing to assist anyone with disability as I asked if I ordered a few days ahead, if I could pick up my order in a parking spot as my scooter only holds a few items. Corporate said no, it would cost them too much. So much for a reasonable accommodation request!! I only go once a month and dread it every time. I wish I could not need to go here at all. This particular location is one of the better for customer service. At least they say hello and smile. The prices are significantly lower than the local competition, so I load up for a month and am glad each month when I get back out of the store."
"This review is for Sherry in cashiering. The cashier is supposed to be the last person who helps you and your last impression. I’ve never had any issues with any employees there and they have all been really helpful and kind but that quickly turned around with my experience with Sherry. She had an attitude the whole time and when it was time to give us our receipt, she shook her head with annoyance and threw it at my husband for him to catch. That is no way to ever treat a person let alone a customer. That old lady should not be working in retail."
