"The rigidness of needing a receipt for items I was OBSERVED walking in with…and being denied an exchange is really starting to annoy me…offer digital receipts if you wanna be this ridiculous. We are talking about items that cost next to nothing…Still in original packaging. Get a grip. If I kept every receipt from dollar tree they would take over my entire purse…but I won’t be having that problem in the future because I won’t be shopping here anymore…Dumbest policy to lose patrons over…Almost all retail stores have a no receipt policy…"

"I normally like this dollar tree but lately they have been closing sporadically with no notice. I understand that they may be short staffed, and I can sympathize with that, but there is no posting on the door of their new hours other than the regular hours as pictured. I now realize that on google it is listed as temporarily closed, but there needs to be some kind of posting outside for those who don’t consistently check google, which is a majority of customers. ‘Temporarily Closed’ is also not the correct listing as they were open earlier today. So, there must be some kind of schedule or hours that this store is open. If they truly are temporarily closing, there needs to be a sign out front displaying that. I also find it rude that the workers inside just stand there and stare at you. At least come let me know what the new hours are or put up new signage with the store hours in the window instead of just staring at people walking up to the locked doors confused. I witnessed many people walk up to the doors and not a single person came out to inform them that they’re closed or have new hours. If you can clearly see customers being confused, why not put up signage? Seems quite lazy and unorganized to be honest."
